Job Description:
1. Visit, develop and manage stores and customers;
2. Develop and engage new customers/distributors and build a long-term win-win relationship;
3. Develop more sales channels and achieve monthly/quareterly and yearly sales target;
4. Use SFA and continuously improve sales efficiency and freezer utilization;
5. Understand market, competitors and category;
6. Participate some key projects.
Qualifications:
1. Fresh graduates with bachelor or above degree;
2. Enthusiastic to join FMCG industry – Nestlé fan preferred! Keen to work in sales and marketing related work;
3. Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills;
4. A good team player with flexibility, leadership skills, passionate to learn & to win;
5. A quick learner who likes challenges and is able to perform under pressure;
6. A can-do attitude, mature, self-motivated & energetic.
