Job Description:

The Trainee program is designed to attract talents who are interested to establish an exciting RSA management career in Wyeth Nutrition. The 1 year's project will rotate in 2-3 functions to accumulate category and experience.

1. Job rotation to gain diversified exposure, knowledge and hands-on experience

2. Participation in special projects / assignments under the mentorship of senior managers

3. A wide range of training workshops and on-the-job training

Qualifications:

1. Master and above educational background, Major in Medicine/ Pharmaceutical Biotechnology/ Food/ Nutrition

2. Integrity; Passionate; Accountability; Stay Focus and Pursue Excellence

3. Quick learner and adaptation skills, can work under high pressure

4. Strong communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese

5. Reliable and trustworthy

6. Good team player and cross-functional collaboration

7. Passion for the Infant Nutrition Industry and willing to have a long term career development in Wyeth Nutrition
