About The Placement

The Experience

The Consulting Internship program is an essential element in our people strategy.
By working with our business, marketing and technology experts, you will have exposure to different projects for clients in various industries and functions e.g. sales and marketing, accounting and finance, technology and operation, human resources, marketing, etc.
Your everyday experience may include:

Analyse business problems by conducting research and analysis, under the guidance by senior consultants
Support the team to provide CIO advisory services and define technology strategy to adopt emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, IOT) and FinTech solutions
Support the team to provide CRM technology advisory and solution implementation services to help client re-imagine and deliver the ideal customer experience, improve sales and marketing efficiency, etc.
Develop prototype and/or perform proof-of-concept to apply cutting edge technologies (e.g. HRIS, finance system, robotics, low-code platform etc.) to solve business problems
Participate in agile development cycles, taking roles in storyboarding, coding, integration, testing, etc.
Apply business insight to design enterprise applications or data and cloud analytics solutions e.g. Oracle, SAP, Salesforce.com, Workday, AWS, MS Azure, Outsystems etc.
Liaise with offshore development teams to deliver programming or system implementation tasks
Support the team on operational and governance re-design for clients during digital transformation journey
Support project management activities
Support executive presentations and events

About You

Prefer Penultimate year students in Information Systems / Computer Science / Engineering disciplines preferably with a second major/minor in Accounting / Finance / Operations Management / Decision Science/ International Business / General Business
Good team player and enjoy working collaboratively with people from a variety of backgrounds
Knowledge and experience in programming and/or data analytics will be an advantage
Passionate about coding, problem solving and collaborating with people
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Follow closely on technology trends and their business application/disruption

关于您
优先考虑信息系统/计算机科学/工程专业的倒数第二年学生，最好有会计/金融/运营管理/决策科学/国际商务/一般商业等第二专业/辅修。
良好的团队合作精神，喜欢与不同背景的人合作。
在编程和/或数据分析方面有知识和经验者优先。
对编码、解决问题和与人合作充满热情。
自我激励，能够独立工作。
密切关注技术趋势及其商业应用/颠覆性。
