Responsibility 岗位职责:
1. Dealer management:biz communication, sales activity organisation,supply chain management
2. Achieving Sales Target:includes sales volumn and market share
3. Data Management:Collect market&sales data, making analysis
4. Retail Management:Organize products SKU, shopfront and promoter etc.,to achieve retail sales target
5. Develop new biz,explore new customers/outlets in the market
Requirement 岗位要求:
1. Good learning ability,good presentation,interpersonal, organizing and communication skills;Qualified team player
2. Qualified team player and be able to work under pressure
3. Self-starter and being sensitive to numbers with strong logical mindset
4. Good command of both verbal and written English & Chinese
5. Good command of data analysis
职责(Responsibility):
经销商管理:业务沟通、销售活动组织、供应链管理
完成销售目标:包括销售量和市场份额
数据管理:收集市场和销售数据,进行分析
零售管理:组织产品 SKU、店面和促销员等,以实现零售销售目标
开发新业务,在市场上开拓新客户/销售点
要求(Requirement):
良好的学习能力、良好的表达、人际关系、组织和沟通能力;合格的团队合作者
合格的团队合作者,能够在压力下工作
自我激励,对数字敏感,有较强的逻辑思维
良好的英语和中文口语和书面表达能力
