We’re seeking a talented intern nests as our future Operations Excellence PM for Global Operations OES (Operation Excellence & Strategy) team in Amazon Devices and Services organization. This role engages and works across all Global Operations team, understand the business status and develop proper employee engagement framework and lead events to support business goals, or solve larger business challenge, or problem. This role also manages internal communication channel to make the organization a better place to work.

A successful candidate will demonstrate:

* Passion for continuous improvement and developing mechanisms to resolve repetitive issue.
* Ability to engage effectively with Senior leaders;
* Ability to drive projects from initially ambiguous states;
* Demonstrated ability of written skills on detailed project and business plans.
* Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary;

Key job responsibilities
* Work with Strategy Excellence Lead to support the annual staff engagement execution plan, including but not limit to supporting or facilitating the Townhall, roundtables, onsite/offsite meetings and forums.
* Work with teams to understand program requirements and jointly develop a solution which supports business goals, or solves a larger business challenge or problem.
* Support business metrics reporting and tracking.
* Perform data-based analytics to identify issues and report key insights.
* Manage internal communication channel, collect employee feedback, strive to make the organization a better place to work.

基本任职资格

* Graduate between Dec 2024 to Sept 2025, currently working towards a Bachelors (BS) or Masters (MS) in Business Management, Supply Chain management, Business Analysis, Administration, Lean/Kaizem.
* Work 3 to 5 days per week for at least 6 months.
* Fluent in both oral English and Mandarin, middle or higher level reading and writing skills.
* Program Management skills/Communication & Facilitation Skills/customer obsessed/self-motivated
* Advanced computer literacy in Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
* Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to produce, interpret, and draw conclusions from data.

2024 年 12 月至 2025 年 9 月毕业，目前攻读商业管理、供应链管理、业务分析、管理、精益/改善硕士学位。
每周工作 3 至 5 天，至少工作 6 个月。

* PMP certified.
* TEM-8 preferred , or oversea experience.
* The ability or experience on facilitating a successful project work and operate under tight deadlines.
* The ability or experience on building strong professional relationships with both internal and external partners.
* Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others, and analytical thinking skills.

PMP 认证。
专业八级优先，或有海外经验。
