Amazon has a strong culture of data-driven decision-making; requiring timely, accurate, and actionable intelligence that delivers significant business value. We are looking for a hands-on and motivated self-starter who is passionate about using data to help us measure every area of the business and influence decision-making.
This role reports into the GCR (Great China Region) Sales Strategy, Operations and Enablement (SSOE) organization.
Key job responsibilities
1. Create, develop or update the reporting template and mockup;
2. Develop self-service solution and platform;
3. Finetune the existing process in business analytics team and optimize the SOP;
4. Team wiki page and newsletter design and optimization;
5. Python and SQL code finetune for efficient execution.

基本任职资格
1. Graduate between Oct 2024 to Sept 2025, currently working towards a Master degree with emphasis on statistical and analytical skills etc.;
2. Proficiency in relational databases (Redshift, RDS, SQL Server, MySQL, etc.) and SQL for querying and extracting data;
3. Proficiency in at least programming languages (Python, Java, R, etc.) for data gathering, data cleansing and statistical analysis;
4. Expertise in data visualization software (QuickSight, Tableau, PowerBI, QlikView, etc.) for effective data presentation;
5. Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, HTML and website design;
6. Strong and effective written and oral communication in English to clearly convey data findings.
1.2024 年 10 月至 2025 年 9 月毕业，目前攻读硕士学位，重点是统计和分析技能等；
2.熟练掌握关系型数据库（Redshift、RDS、SQL Server、MySQL 等）和 SQL，用于查询和提取数据；
3.至少熟练掌握一种编程语言（Python、Java、R 等），用于数据收集、数据清理和统计分析；
4.熟练掌握数据可视化软件（QuickSight、Tableau、PowerBI、QlikView 等），有效呈现数据；
5.精通 Microsoft Excel、Word、PowerPoint、HTML 和网站设计；
6.具有较强的英语书面和口头沟通能力，能够清晰地传达数据发现。
优先任职资格
1. Proficiency in different types of databases (relational vs. non-relational, etc.) and their relevant use cases;
2. Experience with Cloud Computing;
3. Experience in artificial intelligence/machine learning (AI/ML) models;
4. AWS certified (AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate, AWS Certified Data Analytics, etc.).
