招聘岗位:社会KOL运营专员
地点:广州, 广东, 中国大陆 - 大中华区
Job Description:
Develop 4 boutique individual KOL selection criteria, based on well aligned measurement, quantitative and qualities tag incl. CPE/CPV/Search etc, and update criteria on quarterly basis.
Seamlessly work with boutique owners to align qualities judgement principles in terms of content relevancy.
Output around 2,500 KOL list (T2-T4) on Red and Douyin annually, based on KOL selection brief by 4 boutique owners
Identify emerging KOLs with potential to generate talkative buzz, provide insights and recommendations on KOL trends/families to generate super content
Evolve KOL selection criteria based on KOL performance review
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience or above in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Confirmed experience in KOL buying or related roles. Familiarity with DOUYIN/RED social platforms and eco-system
Ability to understand and apply KOL measurement data for KOL selection.
Passion in allure and skincare, strong social sense
Proficient in written and spoken English/Mandarin with strong writing and copy-editing skills.
Attention to details and result oriented demeanor.

资格:
市场营销、传播、商业或相关领域的学士学位或同等经验或以上经验。
具有KOL购买或相关职位的确认经验。熟悉抖音/RED社交平台和生态系统
能够理解和应用KOL测量数据进行KOL选择。
对诱惑和护肤充满热情,强烈的社会意识
精通英语/普通话的书面和口语,具有较强的写作和文案编辑能力。
注重细节和以结果为导向的举止。
