Job Description:
Lead projects and teams by applying outstanding Design Mastery to innovation programs, Brands or Categories,
Lead and/or provide mastery mentor to others,
Build well-rounded and irresistible products, brands and experiences,
Apply deep Design Mastery and Design Thinking to core work and,
Lead and facilitate the Design Strategy fundamentals. This role is located in the Regional HQ location
Qualifications:
8-10 years working experience. Demonstrated ability in branding, packaging design, POS retail and displays, digital experience.
Bachelor degree or above, major in Design (graphics focus) and or experience in related field.
Strong sense of design, aesthetics, typography, color.
Hands on authority level on all current graphic design software programs – Photoshop, Adobe creative suite, etc.
Experience in print production and crafting ready for print mechanicals skills a plus
Hands on experience with Powerpoint and Keynote, and MS Office Suite presentation software programs
