招聘岗位：高级品牌包装设计师
地点：广州， 广东， 中国大陆 - 大中华区

Job Description:

Leads projects and teams by applying sophisticated Design mastery to programs, projects and initiatives.
Understands and influences the innovation strategy, brand strategy and initiative masterplan. Builds and completes design for key projects and initiatives using the category/brand’s design strategy.
Collaborates with the Design Leader to build the Design strategy fundamentals.
Collaborates across One Design and multi-functional projects/initiatives/teams to bring the strategy to life.

Qualifications:

>2 years experience in relevant field. Preferably from allure industry / have strong eyes for beauty;
Can work independently and in collaboration with external team with positive and proactive attitude.
Proficient in Mandarin and English (both verbal and written)
