招聘岗位：零售设计流程负责人

Job Description:

Support design managers/brand team/category on the RETAIL POSM/Event/POP-UP Store etc. design intent translation.
Be responsible for the agencies for excellent design delivery;
Support brands for Promotion Pack / Gift pack etc. printing production.

Qualification Required:

> 2 years of Visual Merchandise & instore experience design execution experience.
Prefer candidate in Allure or Fashion related industry.
Strong technical knowledge and PRACTICE about retail POSM / visual merchandising structure.
Able to provide professional solutions for structural, material / finishing according to design intent.
Hard-working for Appeal & Meticulous eye for details.
Proficiency in Mandarin and English language preferred.
Good Communication skill and strong ownership.

任职资格要求：

> 2 年的视觉商品和店内体验设计执行经验。
首选Allure或时尚相关行业的候选人。
对零售POSM/视觉营销结构有很强的技术知识和实践。
能够根据设计意图提供专业的结构、材料/表面处理解决方案。
勤奋求情，一丝不苟地关注细节。
精通普通话和英语者优先。
良好的沟通技巧和强烈的主人翁精神。
