Amazon Web Services, Inc. ("AWS") enables customers of all sizes to run their applications on Amazon’s industry-leading cloud computing infrastructure re. AWS is growing very rapidly with hundreds of thousands of companies in over 190 countries on the platform. We are seeking a highly motivated data platform engineer intern to join our GCR Business Insights Platform team. As a data platform engineer intern, you will work on the development of data tools and platforms to support business insights & operation and data analytics for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor or master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or other science or engineering field, and have strong programming skills in both backend languages such as Java and Python, as well as frontend technologies such as Vue.js and React.

This role reports into the AWS GCR (Great China Region) Sales Strategy, Operations and Enablement (SSOE) organization.

Key job responsibilities
• Work with the GCR BI platform team to develop data tools and platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Participate in code reviews and troubleshoot issues as needed
• Contribute to documentation and technical specifications

基本任职资格
• Graduate between Oct 2024 to Sept 2025, currently working towards a bachelor or master's degree in computer science, data engineer or other related field
• Proficiency in at least one backend language such as Java or Python
• Experience with frontend technologies such as Vue.js or React
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
